BTT kicked off the Charlotte Harbor leg of the 2018 Tarpon Acoustic Tagging Project last month with a 91-pound fish caught near Little Gasparilla Island. This tarpon was caught by a husband and wife team from Pennsylvania on Capt. Chuck Jenks’ boat. After a short fight, the tarpon (believed to be male) was released in great condition.
